Notes:
- All prices are in Euro per person
‐ Prebooked Kindergarten includes: ski pack /skies, boots, 2 hrs daily group tuition/, lunch, games, sweets, tea; open daily 8:30‐16:40.
‐ Prebooked Nursery includes: lunch, games, sweets, tea; for children 2‐3.99 years of age; open daily 8:30‐16:40.
‐ Snowboard tuition in the 6‐day and 9‐day pack is 6 days; for the 13 days pack is 12 days; for the 3 day pack remains 3 days;
‐ Ski school for 13 days includes 12 days of tuition + ski evening;
‐ Big & small ski packages for 13 days include ski school for 12 days + 1 ski evening;
‐ Big & small packages for 3 days do not include a ski evening;
‐ The rates for children are valid for children from 8 to 11.99 years of age.

INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully)

Collecting the ski packages
- you can collect your ski packs every day from 08.30 to 09.30 in the lobby of Hotel Rila, where you will find our representative (note that ski packages cannot be collected any later than 09.30 as ski classes will already be underway and cannot be joined later
- upon presentation of your vouchers you will receive an envelope with your ski packs, which will consist of (depending on your purchased items) lift passes, vouchers for ski/snowboard equipment, ski/snowboard school, ski evening and a customer card; please check if the contents of the envelope correspond to your order and if there are any discrepancies please talk to our rep

Ski fitting & equipment collection
- our representative will direct you to the ski hire shop
- once you go to the ski hire shop choose your boots and give your ski equipment voucher to the staff who will assist you with the ski fitting; in the ski hire shop you will be required to fill in a customer card with your name, hotel, room number and travel agency (Traventuria Ltd.); the bottom part of the customer card is your ticket for the ski/snowboard equipment, so please don’t lose it!!!
- ski, snowboards and boots will be kept in the storage room of the ski depot during the night; Don’t leave your equipment unattended! Please note that stolen equipment has to be paid for even you provide as a substitute someone else’s equipment instead! Lift pass is not replacable or refundable - if you loose it you need to buy a new one on a local price!

Ski & snowboard school
- the meeting point for the ski and snowboard schools is outside the ski hire shop where the instructors will be expecting you; newcomers are assigned in different groups according to their skiing skills until 10:00 every day
- if you intend to join the ski/snowboard school later than normal please speak with the ski teacher the day before and arrange details directly with him/her
