To give you complete peace of mind when planning your adventure, this hiking tour features guaranteed departures! This means that once you book your dates and your order gets formally accepted/confirmed, your tour will not be canceled due to low participant numbers. To maintain this guarantee without involving further mandatory small-group surcharges, please note that we operate under a flexible inclusion model based on the final group size:
• Standard Groups (5 or more participants): Your tour includes all features listed in the program, including dinners (6x) and lift tickets.
• Small Groups (4 or fewer participants): The tour is fully guaranteed to run, and your guide, accommodation and transport remain included. However, to cover the operational deficit of a small group without charging you extra, dinners and lift tickets will not be included in the package, and you will have to pay for them locally.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. The group size will be advised 3-4 days before the tour starts as a part of the tour information you will get by email, including also pick up instructions and other logistical details. We thank you for your understanding, as this allows us to protect your travel plans and ensure your tour happens no matter what!
