ITINERARY
9:00 am pick up from your hotel in Sofia and transfer to Plovdiv.
11:00 am You will start exploring Plovdiv from its Old Town. The guided walking tour will be about 2.5 - 3 hrs and you will discover most of the city’s landmarks. An entry to the Ancient Roman Theater and the Regional Ethnographic Museum is included.
02:00 pm you will have a 3-course lunch in one of the centrally located restaurants.
03:00 pm you will head towards the Rodopi Mountains and the second biggest Bulgarian monastery.
04:00 pm Tour of the Bachkovo Monastery complex with an entry to its main church and famous monks’ old dining room.
05:00 pm Transfer back to Sofia.
07:15-07:30 pm Arrival at your hotel in Sofia.
